Yahoo buys Del.icio.us.
I’m sure Joshua Schachter is now enjoying his vacation at the carrabean. Why? Because Yahoo just acquired the bookmark-sharing site Del.icio.us. After 2003, Del.icio.us has been a normal daily activity of the online community. I think even a 10 yrs old child is familiar with how Del.icio.us works. So it’s no wonder that after 2 years it was immediately caught the attention of Yahoo. Should Yahoo have not acted immediately some big players would have acquireed Del.icio.us.
