Globe DSL free movie pass
Early this afternoon, my wife and I watched the “Legend of Zorro” movie for free! Thanks to Globelines, my DSL Service Provider. And not just that, when I applied a DSL line from them last Feb 2005, I got this 512 kbps extreme plan for PhP5K. But recently they announced their new DSL plans. So it got me to think twice of my current DSL speed. I visited their office and expressed my concern. After 3 days, my DSL speed is a whooping 2MBps for the same price! Imagine that! Globe Innove really knows how to take good care of their customers. Now that’s what you call service.
[…] If you have been reading this blog I mentioned a free movie pass from Globe telecoms here ,and since this is my second time to receive this freebie, I asked the customer service guy why is it that my account is always choosen for freebies? The guy smiled and told me “because you are a very good payer and we want to keep customers like you ”. I was happy to hear this feedback and I made a promise to myself that I will continue to be a good customer. Now if you were in my shoe would you do the same? Now, that’s customer satisfaction. And an A+ customer feedback means more money for the company. […]
