Another 4 free movie tickets from Globe telecom

A customer representative called me 1 week ago informing me to pick up 4 free movie pass of the movie Harry Potter and the Goblet of fire. I was thrilled because I wanted to watch again this movie. So the next day after I was again in the customer service of the Globe’s telecom to claim my tickets.

If you have been reading this blog I mentioned a free movie pass from Globe telecoms here ,and since this is my second time to receive this freebie, I asked the customer service guy why is it that my account is always choosen for freebies? The guy smiled and told me “because you are a very good payer and we want to keep customers like you :)”. I was happy to hear this feedback and I made a promise to myself that I will continue to be a good customer. Now if you were in my shoe would you do the same? Now, that’s customer satisfaction. And an A+ customer feedback means more money for the company.

Just for the record I always pay my DSL and phone bills 1 week or 2 weeks ahead of the due date. A word of advice, once you have the money that is alloted to pay for your monthly bills dispose it immediately because chances are you are going to be tempted to spend it on other matters. Trust me it happened to me.
